In my opinion, the approach you adopt to the question of residence and domicile is a bit like the proverbial Marmite question. It creates clear and unambiguous divides between those involved in the debate.
You may not be surprised to hear that I suspect I'm not on the same side as our professional institutes.

I agree the domicile will go perhaps as soon as the next budget report.
Future tax rises .
Vat will probably hit 20%.
Higher rate tax relief will be restricted or abolished.
NI will be merged with PAYE, with HRT=50%.
And exceptionally an element of retrospective taxation may be enabled for public interest reasons.
Watch the £ exchange rate.
Watch for the election date.
