Peter

I have no problem with land taxation

In exceptional cases (maybe the Cayman Islands) that could provide all tax revenue. I have no issue with that. In most cases it could not so your question is theoretical

Hello again Mr Murphy, does your difficulty with tax havens include single land tax domains which replace all and every other tax on wages, salaries, profits interest and VAT, somewhat like Hong Kong which collects 35% of all its taxes from land revenues?
Regards Peter Meakin
