So the Tories want to effectively increase the Inheritance Tax limit to £2 million.

There are arguments on both sides for and against Inheritance Tax, but it is a reality at the moment. Whilst it is there, then it is legal to avoid the tax. I think that the problem at the moment is that middle England is also getting caught up in this tax designed originally to tax the rich.
