Vince Cable knows he will never be in power so he can say what he likes. As Darling is finding out, the socialist dream of hammering the rich (and in this case the poor!) is a bit harder to achieve when you are in power! Still not to worry, there are the millions on PAYE (including non-doms who of course pay full UK tax on their earned income) who can be hammered instead to raise the tax to pay for all these exciting government projects.
You clearly do not undertsand socialism.
Nor do you undertsand equitable taxation.
You do undertsand the supply of misinformation.
You cannot argue.
