Then came the reprieve with the Entrepreneur's Relief. But it seems I have been picked out as the only exception cos my business is letting out offices in a commercial building I own (value circa 600k). So for me it's the full 18% whack while everyone else gets the 10% rate. How unfair is that? :cry: Paul I am retiring so was devestated to learn of the 18% CGT.
