		<description>I thoroughly enjoyed your letter but it isn't just the accountants who are at fault when it comes to "getting around the rules" (and I know you are not referring to evasion) but the business owners themselves. It is virtually impossible to sell other services because as a rule the owners are only interested in one thing - paying as little tax as possible.

BTW I am not trying to excuse accountants.</description>
