That’s very obvious in places like Jersey. Corruption may simply be job offers after leaving office. Maybe it’s worse. I don’t know. What I do know is that the accountancy and legal elite write the legislation they want to have.

That’s corruption in its own right.

However there are a difference between UK and other tax havens. Such a connection is not obvious if you take a tax haven where basically nothing is produced except the financial services by the tax avoidance industry. If the state is a low-tax or no-tax country, it is not earning much from the attracted industries in tax revenues. Well answered and according to what I think.
