		<description>The ultimate aims of the President and the Director General of the CBI could probably be encapsulated in 3 principles:

1 tax rates to stay more or less the same for all individuals except "wealth creators" *
2 total exemption from income and inheritance tax for "wealth creators" *
3. absolute defence from insider trading charges for "wealth creators" *

* = directors of FTSE 250 companies

Oh please bring back the voice of comparative reason Digby Jones.</description>
