Pauline

I am not an expert on this issue but I can say:

a) People who leave the UK are penalised, rightly or wrongly

b) People who arrive in the UK do not get a pension as of right - but they may get other benefits

could somebody explain to me how a person from another nationalty can come into ENGLAND which is my home land, and resieve everything, and yet I have worked all my life from 15 years old untill I was 59yrs.
Payed all my taxes, moved to spain as I suffer from Arthritis, which is saving me claiming all the beniffits from england, and all I want is a decent pension, but I can not get one because I live in spain.
I have been told that if I was to live in England I could claim more money then bring it out to spain?
