		<description>It's actually more stringent than that. When I sold my French house and moved to Spain, the bank wanted a copy of the contract from the Notaire to confirm the source of the funds before accepting them into my account. 

The Spanish on the other hand only needed to record the fact they'd called me to confirm the source. Didn't want to see any documents. Duh?</description>
