		<description>I think the real problem regarding the UKs position to tax avoidence - evasion is that they are directly and indirectly responsible for half of the worlds 70 or so tax havens, which will reflect very badly on the political status of the UK in Europe and America. Especially, as they are making some inroads to the loss of direct and indirect tax revenue.</description>
